Barry Ashmore
Barry spent 20 years in electrical contracting before becoming a Construction Contracts consultant, as a director of two of the UK’s largest construction contracts consultancies. He set up his own consultancy firm twenty years ago, before co-founding StreetwiseSubbie. He has expertise in dispute resolution, negotiation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration, quantity surveying, and the law.


Jo Teeling-Smith
Jo is director of StreetwiseSubbie and provides a myriad of professional services, including dispute resolution. She is responsible for various initiatives including StreetwiseSubbie seminars and training events and has just completed an MSC/LLM in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution.


Geoff Noake
Geoff comes from an advertising and marketing background and helps StreetwiseSubbie members to manage their sales and marketing. He has long experience in business marketing, advertising and PR within the manufacturing and construction industries.


Paul Dickens
Paul is an experienced Consultant who has worked in the health, safety and compliance industry for more than ten years, specialising in construction site health and safety.
